The APA Arizona State Planning Conference will be held at The Wigwam, an Arizona landmark and Historic Hotel of America, located in Litchfield Park, Arizona on September 9 to 11.
This year's conference focuses on "Changing Perceptions" and the West Valley, but also great planning and collaboration across the state.
We have exciting mobile tours, a remarkable keynote, a phenomenal deep dive topic, an economic development director panel, and a mayor’s luncheon moderated by WESTMARC all lined up, plus all the usual events including the Opening Reception, Awards Luncheon, Planners' Bazaar, and an abundance of networking opportunities as well as a multitude of educational sessions across five fascinating tracks.

All registration cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, August 24, 2020 to be eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after this date and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full amount of the registration because your attendance will have already been guaranteed. You may send a substitute in your place in the event you are unable to attend or not able to cancel in time.
